What is Titan Flow?

Titan Flow is a premium, highly flowable concrete that compacts without mechanical vibration.

Its advanced mix design allows it to move freely into complex formwork and around dense reinforcement, achieving full consolidation through its own weight.

Performance and specification

Titan Flow is developed to meet demanding structural requirements while maintaining excellent workability. Its flow characteristics allow it to fill heavily reinforced sections and detailed formwork without segregation or loss of performance.

It is available with or without SF86 steel fibres depending on project requirements. The steel fibre option enhances crack control and structural capability, while the non-fibre mix provides the same flow performance where alternative reinforcement is specified.

Titan Flow is suitable for industrial floor slabs, commercial foundations, infrastructure projects, civil engineering works, and structures where conventional vibration would be impractical.
